The size of the WarwickFBR^TM, it’s configuration and programming is tailored to each application.

It is equally capable of handling contaminated mixed waste as clean single plastic streams, though the outputs will change. Clean streams can produce chemicals for distillation and re-polymerisation, mixed streams produce a fuel or energy.

When used for municipal waste it is particularly suited to incorporation within plant currently sorting plastics. Whether hand sorting or using near infrared systems, the unwanted material can be conveyed into the WarwickFBR^TM from 1t/hr up to 10t/hr.

Depending on the facility the unit is to be sited in, auxiliary equipment may be required. The material may need to be shredded to get the waste into a suitable format. Gas engines to convert the gas arising from the process into electricity may be necessary if the energy cannot be used elsewhere within the facility in the form of steam.
